What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a trust & safety or investigations role where I can triage cases, build clear documentation, and improve processes. I want to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and protect users through sound judgment.

I’m a Trust and Safety Investigator who curates and triages customer experiences by severity and taxonomy to initiate investigations. I build case files from reports of allegations, interview transcripts, and submitted media, keeping matters organized and actionable.

I’ve improved workflows end-to-end—updating a process that helped solve approximately 100 cases a month when auto-claims information was delayed. I also created a Confluence team page and organized shared drives to support a Project Management Team and align stakeholders across teams.

My background also includes concierge customer support, operating an autonomous vehicle in Self-Driving Mode, durability testing with structured documentation, and leading safety/security operations as a Safety Officer Supervisor. I bring servant leadership, clear communication, and attention to detail to every investigation, test, and team effort.
