What I'm looking for

I'm looking for operations, quality assurance, or trust and safety work where I can improve safety-critical processes, troubleshoot issues, enforce clear policies, document improvements, and support team training.

At Zoox, I prepare and certify 10 autonomous vehicles per shift, using Linux diagnostics and Grafana fleet monitoring to confirm safety and operational readiness.

I log defects and software malfunctions in Jira for engineering follow-up, document procedures in Confluence, and use Excel time studies to improve shift efficiency. I’ve also trained and onboarded more than six associates while supporting troubleshooting escalations.

Previously at Telus International, I reviewed 300 to 500 flagged videos per shift for a major social platform and sustained 95% accuracy in QA audits. I escalated imminent-harm and child-safety cases under established protocols and identified policy-guidebook flaws to improve decision consistency.

I bring experience across remote and on-site operations, policy enforcement, technical troubleshooting, high-volume review, and safety-focused quality work.
