At The Boeing Company, I coordinate production and fulfillment by researching across multiple systems, resolving missing-part and standards requests, and supporting production through SATs, Action Requests, ETracs, VLM, and OBOs. I also helped develop a system feature estimated to save 185 hours annually.
I was selected from more than 150 Production Coordinators to lead Boeing's Work in Progress Project, where I trained more than 25 colleagues, supported FAA compliance, and authored over 75% of standard work documents used to train future teammates. My background also includes aircraft assembly, final inspection, MRO paint rework, aircraft painting, safety, quality documentation, and leading Tier meetings, GEMBA walks, turnover briefings, and training.
