I am an experienced Production Control Lead contractor with over 10 years in the Department of Defense, specializing in maintenance planning and shop supervision for Army Aviation platforms. My background as an Army Veteran has equipped me with a Secret Security Clearance and a deep understanding of military aviation fleet maintenance and government contractual performance standards.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to lead teams of 30+ members in both remote and collaborative environments. At AAR WASS, I directed the auditing of maintenance forms across global sites, ensuring compliance with Army Aviation regulations. I also spearheaded the implementation of a new Management Information System, enhancing our aircraft maintenance program and improving operational readiness.
