Senior BI developer at JLL’s Amazon GREF account who delivered a 14-tab capital projects dashboard suite.

At JLL’s Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account, I delivered a 14-tab Design & Construction benchmarking dashboard suite for Amazon’s capital projects portfolio, from client discovery to launch in under two months.

I led reporting through three BI platform transitions—Power BI to Tableau to Amazon QuickSight—rebuilding dashboards and SQL/Redshift data sources for each. I also established the account-standard commute impact analysis, delivering 30+ Power BI dashboards comparing drive times for 12,000+ employees.

Earlier, at Alameda Alliance for Health, I raised data-entry accuracy from 65% to 95% in six months by authoring process documents and training staff. I also led provider data quality and validation, and directed a Provider Repository UI enhancement project with IT.

In 2024, I was named a JLL Top Trailblazer. I’m applying generative AI to analytics and completed hands-on training in building with Claude Code in Cursor.
