What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a professional position with a collaborative team where I can deliver pediatric primary care through wellness, preventative care, and health promotion—conducting well-child visits, counseling families, and coordinating patient care with confidence.

I’m a DNP, CPNP-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner seeking a professional position where I can support wellness, preventative care, and health promotion. I thrive as a team player, bringing collaborative care for patients and a commitment to patient education.

In my current role as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Loma Linda University, I conduct well-child exams, perform growth monitoring, and complete developmental screenings, including school/sports physicals. I diagnose and manage illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and counsel parents/caregivers on development, nutrition, behavioral and mental health concerns, and overall wellness.

I also bring inpatient and acute-care experience from my time as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Step Down ICU at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital and as a Registered Nurse in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry at Loma Linda Medical Center. I assess patients’ conditions, maintain accurate documentation, administer medications and treatments, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Beyond clinical care, I’m passionate about nursing education and mentoring. As a Pediatric Clinical Nursing Instructor at West Coast University, I plan and critically design student assignments around course objectives, learner level, and available learning opportunities, while reinforcing BSN curriculum concepts and promoting patient advocacy.
