What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a pediatric role where I can deliver prevention-focused, family-centered care, apply strong diagnostic reasoning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve long-term outcomes—while providing compassionate, high-quality clinical leadership.

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced specialty training in Pediatric Behavioral and Mental Health and over 7 years of pediatric nursing experience in high-acuity and general pediatric settings. I bring a strong clinical foundation in assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and management of acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, with a proven track record in fast-paced inpatient environments.

In outpatient and inpatient pediatric units, I provide safe, effective, patient-centered care—safely administering medications including chemotherapy and other immunosuppressive medications while monitoring for adverse and allergic reactions. I’m recognized for clinical excellence and leadership as a unit charge nurse and preceptor, including being “Rookie of the Year” and a “Point of Care Unit Trainer,” and I prioritize compassionate, prevention-focused care with consistent, outstanding clinical evaluations.
