I’m an entry-level CRM & Revenue Automation Specialist focused on building practical systems that help businesses manage leads, improve follow-up, and create smoother customer journeys.
My hands-on work includes GoHighLevel and other AI-assisted tools, with a growing focus on CRM architecture, workflow automation, lead lifecycle management, and process improvement.
One of my main portfolio projects is an HVAC Lead-to-Booked-Job Automation System built in GoHighLevel. The project simulates a real service-business environment, covering the journey from the moment a lead comes in to the point where an appointment is booked.
It includes CRM and pipeline setup, lead capture, missed-call recovery, automated follow-up, estimate follow-up, lead nurturing, appointment reminders, booking workflows, testing, and documentation.
What interests me most about automation isn't simply making a workflow run. It’s understanding what happens before and after the automation. Where might a lead get overlooked? Where does a manual handoff slow things down? What happens when a prospect doesn't respond, misses an appointment, or changes direction?
I use those questions to shape the workflows I build. The goal is to make the process more consistent while still keeping the customer experience and the human side of the business in mind.
My previous experience in project coordination, administration, documentation, and client communication has also shaped how I approach this work. I’m comfortable organizing information, understanding processes, documenting systems clearly, and communicating with different stakeholders.
I’m now looking for my first opportunity to bring these skills into a real business environment—working alongside experienced people, contributing to CRM and automation projects, and continuing to grow through hands-on work.
I’m especially interested in opportunities where problem-solving, process thinking, CRM, and automation come together to make everyday operations more efficient and help businesses follow up on opportunities that might otherwise be missed.
