I’m a Computer Science graduate with a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization, and I bring hands-on experience optimizing real-world spreadsheets and generating decision-ready insights. As a Data Analyst at Hartman REIT, I managed and optimized complex Excel spreadsheets to identify high-value investors and advisors, and supported leasing and engineering teams with data-driven analysis across property and utility performance.
