At WRTeam, I lead technical delivery of Need Opportunity, a greenfield AI-powered service marketplace. I coordinate requirements and delivery across mobile, web, design, and marketing contributors.
I designed its Python and FastAPI matching service, combining fine-tuned multilingual embeddings with pgvector retrieval and provider quality signals. Fine-tuning raised MRR from 0.214 to 0.305 and Recall@50 from 0.694 to 0.816.
I also built structured profile extraction, text and image moderation, and an MCP server for querying platform analytics and changing settings behind a confirmation step. The platform core includes payments and subscriptions, WebSocket chat, PostGIS radius search, and GDPR data export.
Before that, I owned Elite Quiz at WRTeam as a Flutter Developer and Product Lead, shipping 30+ white-label rebrandings and custom builds. One included a WHO-funded education platform in Colombia used by 1.5M+ students and teachers; I also set the organization’s Flutter architecture standard and trained three interns who joined as developers.
