At ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brazil, I optimize inventory across multiple distribution centers, balancing product availability, working-capital targets, and stock-out prevention. I manage end-to-end SAP replenishment cycles and develop short-term plans using sales trends, seasonality, and production lead times.

I've coordinated daily with Supply Planning, Production Planning, Sales, and Customer Service, while monitoring inventory for more than 10 product grades and prioritizing strategic railcar shipments. My experience includes international collaboration across North America and Asia.

Across ExxonMobil roles, I've maintained Power BI dashboards, SQL queries connected to Snowflake, and SAP automations. I also coordinated recovery processes for 60 global affiliates and supported 700+ employees with SAP time-writing processes.

I've resolved US$400M in BlackLine implementation errors, led an RACI project that reduced effort by 20 hours monthly, and developed SAP Scripting tools to help close or update 1,500+ internal orders.
