Jay Mehta

I am a senior full-stack software engineer with strong experience building performant backend systems and responsive frontends using Node.js, React, and AWS. I deliver end-to-end features and take ownership of both application and DevOps workstreams.

At my current role I developed and optimized backends and mobile/web integrations with frameworks such as Express, Nest.js, tRPC, and Next.js, and I worked extensively with PostgreSQL and other databases to ensure high availability and performance.

I also led cloud architecture and CI/CD efforts, configuring AWS services and deployment pipelines, and mentored nearly half of the junior team to raise overall delivery quality and velocity.

My projects include health and patient aid applications, user engagement platforms, social media backends, and monorepo systems; I focus on scalability, resiliency, and measurable product improvements.
