What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own system reliability and user support, while expanding into cloud and cybersecurity. I want a team that values secure practices, clear documentation, and continuous learning.

I’m a System Administrator with long-term experience securing and maintaining organizational IT environments. Across my roles, I’ve handled installation/testing, system security and access, and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (System Administrator) and earlier as an ICT Officer, I ensured reliable operations through regular backups and restore procedures, incident resolution, and vendor coordination when the system environment needed repairs. I also worked on optimizing the system environment and stepped in to replace the IT manager in his absence.

More recently, I’ve supported users as a 1st line ICT service desk agent for Concentrix Netherlands, assisting employees with Genesys, Microsoft 365, Avaya, and Windows issues. I keep the ticket system up to date and troubleshoot both desktop and hardware problems, while supporting local ICT when needed.

I bring a strong foundation in network and infrastructure work—covering network/infrastructure design, LAN-WAN design and administration, and documentation/testing of IT systems. My training also includes e-government, cybersecurity, and cloud computing, so I’m ready to grow further in cloud and security-focused responsibilities.
