At SplashBI, I lead strategy, engineering, and go-to-market execution for five cloud-enabled analytics, BI, and API-driven data connector products across Finance, Procurement, and HR. I’ve delivered Financials, Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Analytics products generating approximately $3M in three years, while People Analytics and Data Pipeline products generated $4M over five years.
Previously at Magnitude and Noetix, I directed enterprise analytics and data integration product lifecycles, including Noetix Analytics, RapidDecision, NoetixViews, and SourceConnect. I launched SourceConnect for SAP S/4HANA from lab to market, reaching a customer within a year and generating $1.5M in revenue by August 2018.
I build high-performing engineering organizations, scaling cross-domain teams of more than 50 experts and leading teams through acquisitions, operational transitions, and global delivery expansion. My work has included product strategy, solution architecture, customer success, pre-sales, M&A integration, DevOps modernization, and automated engineering processes that reduced manual effort and release cycle times.
Earlier in my career, I delivered global Oracle ERP implementations across procurement, payables, cash management, iExpense, and other Oracle EBS modules. I’m passionate about people, process, and performance, bridging business strategy with technology execution to create scalable data products and AI-powered decision support.
