At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I manage the Virtual Lab and Mentoring platforms, including their roadmaps, backlogs, and vendor relationships. I also lead the RFI process for Virtual Lab providers and translate business needs into requirements and user stories for an in-house platform.

I designed and built the Skilling Requirement Tracker in Microsoft Power Apps, which launched to 600+ users, then led its rebuild on ServiceNow for an org-wide rollout for M-level candidates. Earlier, I delivered digital learning modules for the Global Project Management programme and developed a real-time web application using PHP and MySQL at Softid Solutions.
