I’m looking for a customer success or technical support role where I can own omnichannel KPIs, reduce churn, improve FCR/AHT, and deliver top CSAT using strong troubleshooting and tools like Salesforce and Zendesk. I’m comfortable with 24x7 shifts.

I’m a results-driven Senior Customer Service Specialist with 5+ years of experience in international BPO environments, supporting healthcare, telecom, technology, and subscription clients. I focus on omnichannel support—voice, chat, and email—while driving churn reduction and retention through clear VoC insights.

I consistently achieve 98% CSAT, reduce AHT, improve FCR, and meet SLA/KPI targets. In my current role with UnitedHealthcare via TaskUs, I handle 60+ daily healthcare member interactions and coordinate escalations, claims follow-up, and case closure to keep performance within SLA benchmarks.
