At Genpact, I built TicketPilot, an agentic AI assistant connecting Databricks, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence for 60+ engineers, saving 2–3 hours per analysis story. I also redesigned data sharding and cluster strategy to cut ETL runtime from 48+ hours to 16 hours on a 40-billion-row, 20TB fact table.
I develop PySpark and Databricks pipelines across reporting datasets, and I’ve trained 200+ new joiners on Databricks and PySpark with a 98% pass rate. Previously at Brimo Software Solutions, I built an NLP chatbot that automated 150–200 weekly HR queries and engineered Django, Redis, and Celery backend services.
I also built iiElara, a RAG-based enterprise assistant for semantic search across codebases and business tools, including privacy-focused on-premise LLM deployments.
