At Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, I developed statewide training for systems, compliance initiatives, software adoption, and safety requirements. I created and launched training for 3,000+ users, translating technical information into practical, learner-centered instruction.
I designed online, hybrid, and multimedia learning experiences with Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, H5P, D2L, and Canvas. My work included SCORM-compliant courses, branching narratives, and technical video tutorials.
At Daytona State College- School of Photography and Media Studies, I led curriculum strategy, course development, academic program revision, and accreditation initiatives. I also chaired the College Curriculum Committee and supported faculty training and learning technology adoption.
Through JayantiPictures, LLC, I manage multimedia and digital storytelling projects and produce visual assets that support engaging learning experiences. I also direct and produce educational video content for regional television audiences.
