I am an enterprise business analyst and UAT governance professional with over 10 years of experience across Telecom, Automotive, and Enterprise IT domains. I specialize in requirement elicitation, business process modeling, Agile delivery support, and compliance-driven digital transformation.

I have a proven track record of stabilizing mission-critical enterprise systems and delivering zero-critical-defect UAT releases by designing rigorous RTMs, BPMN process flows, and UAT governance frameworks.
