I am an IT professional with over 16 years of experience in software testing, including 7 years in individual contributor roles. My expertise lies in Agile project delivery, business analysis, and ETL testing. As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for more than 5 years, I have guided cross-functional teams through the Agile delivery of large-scale software and ERP projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

Throughout my career, I have developed extensive hands-on experience in manual and UAT testing, UX validation, and collaborating closely with development and design teams to ensure product quality and usability.
