At PLDT, I implemented Oracle Field Service Cloud use cases based on functional requirements for a telecom provider offering internet and digital services.
I created and managed resources and activities, and configured custom properties to support project requirements.
I configured screens and incorporated properties into them, and designed custom forms for project-specific business requirements.
I also worked with inventory management and created and maintained user types and work zones. In an academic project, I developed a gesture-controlled game using computer vision and machine learning, with real-time webcam interaction.
