I’m a results-driven Technical Lead and Product Owner with 7+ years of experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise applications. I translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, then turn that into delivery that stakeholders can rely on.

I define product vision, manage and prioritize backlogs, and drive Agile & Scrum ceremonies to keep teams aligned. I synthesize user feedback and issue patterns to shape the roadmap, clarify priorities, and support measurable release outcomes.

In my recent work at HCLTech, I’ve led cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver features across complaint tracking and enterprise quality management systems—covering complaint web intake and related EQMS workflows. I also drive root cause analysis and influence release decisions to reduce production defects.

I bring a practical technical toolkit alongside leadership, including SQL, Salesforce Admin, and ServiceNow, plus strong documentation and sanity testing discipline. I’m recognized through HCLTech Achiever Award and the Young Mind Award for creating value and excellence from a young age.
