I'm managing a portfolio of six enterprise software and mobile initiatives at UHF Solutions across banking, automotive, and energy, taking delivery from initiation through go-live, post-launch support, and closure.
I lead four project managers and specialists while coordinating business analysis, design, engineering, QA, infrastructure, vendors, and client stakeholders. I standardize delivery controls including project plans, Gantt schedules, RAID logs, change control, approvals, SIT/UAT, information security reviews, and invoicing milestones.
Across UHF Solutions, MayaBytes, and Technotiqz, I've managed requirements, planning, design, development, QA, release, acceptance, and handover using milestone plans, decision logs, owner-based trackers, and control registers.
I also delivered two DMS platforms for BYD MMC across one head office and four dealerships, coordinating four integration streams through go-live.
