At Memorándum Multimedia, I build and maintain Flutter apps for a Regional Government’s educational management platform, supporting secure communication with thousands of families. I also develop an offline-first Digital Field Notebook with local SQL persistence, background synchronization, geolocation, and interactive Google Maps polygons.

I’ve also delivered Java/Spring Boot microservices at Indra and worked across software development, support, QA, API testing, SQL, and mobile development. I use Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, BLoC, Riverpod, Firebase, Supabase, REST APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD tooling to create reliable mobile experiences.
