At Sevitsil, I work on Manufacturing ERP modules for sales, purchase, PPC, extrusion, modelling, and FMS. I also built an AI platform that transcribes and analyzes sales and support calls, scores agent performance across eight areas, and generates feedback.
For Sevitsil's WhatsApp Unified Inbox, I built a multi-tenant platform with a shared team inbox, CRM, analytics, and real-time messaging. I developed webhook processing and added authentication, role-based access, encrypted credentials, and PII masking.
I also built Auto Publisher, an AI-based social media platform that finds trending topics, generates content and images, and publishes posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Its content workflows use Gemini, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
At Sure Touch Leads, I built an enterprise AI chatbot that brings HRMS, CRM, lead generation, ticketing, customer support, and business operations into one conversational interface. At Hyperverge, I developed features for the Sensei AI Platform, including Python coding exercises and property listing search workflows.
