At Ven Analytics (VenXR), I took solo ownership of the WhatsApp segment and architected and shipped an AI chatbot platform using LangGraph, Django, and the WhatsApp Business API.
I designed configurable multi-agent bots with state-machine nodes for intent routing, data collection, conditional logic, and LLM responses, so new bots could be configured without code changes. I also worked with product, data, and frontend teams and guided junior developers on microservices and AI development patterns.
At CitiusCloud, I designed and deployed Infra-Bot, an automation-as-a-service product built with MERN, Docker, OpenShift, and Jenkins CI/CD. My Ansible automation for ICICI Bank reduced manual effort by 60%+ and processing time by 80%+, and was extended to YES Bank, TATA Motors, Mahindra Finance, and CIBIL.
I also built enterprise platforms Caspian and Bravo at BARE Internationals, and founded Dynamax Solutions to deliver React and Node.js web solutions and digital marketing services. My projects include control software for an underwater rover deployed by the Indian Army for IXAR Robotics, and a Python and OpenCV system for real-time security breach detection.
