What I'm looking for

I seek a mid-level hospitality finance or AP leadership role where I can improve processes, mentor staff, use ERP/PMS systems, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

I am an experienced accounts specialist and bookkeeper with over five years managing accounts payable and financial operations within hospitality environments.

As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, I process invoices and payments, manage weekly and monthly approval workflows, execute payments via check, ACH, wire, and VCC, and lead month-end close and bank reconciliation activities. I maintain vendor records, conduct monthly bank audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls and deadlines.

I am proficient in accounting and hospitality systems including BirchStreet, Readsoft, Concur, Opera PMS, Infor HMS, Yardi and core Microsoft Office tools, and I hold multiple hospitality and accounting certifications. I speak English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.

I thrive training and mentoring AP teams, improving process efficiency, and delivering timely, accurate financial reporting. I seek opportunities to contribute operational control and financial discipline to a growing hospitality or corporate finance team.
