What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a business or marketplace with meaningful P&L ownership, where I can build teams, create new revenue engines, navigate complex stakeholders, and deliver sustainable growth.

I led Deliveroo Singapore’s S$100M+ annual GMV marketplace to sustained profitability, building an advertising business to roughly S$3M–S$4M in annual revenue and increasing Plus subscription penetration by about 20 percentage points.

I built and led an organisation of around 70 through a five-person leadership team, expanded merchant selection by more than 30%, launched retail, and developed partnerships with Trust Bank, GoJek, Singtel, McDonald’s, and Sheng Siong. I also led the Singapore wind-down in 2026, managing regulator, union, staff, merchant, and rider outcomes.

Earlier, I founded Schmear, built Beam Storage at Fatfish Internet Group, and spent eight years at J.P. Morgan leading regional banking initiatives. I’ve also represented Singapore’s platform industry as a founding DPIA Executive Committee member and two-term President.
