I’m an Operations Administrator who blends operational planning experience with strong administrative execution. I bring “Rope access technician -6 years” and “5-year experience within rope access operational department,” including offshore work and execution across local refineries, sugar mill, and hi-rise buildings.

In operations, I served as an “operations planner,” focusing on site scopes, team selections (technicians allocated to work-scope requirements), and the generation of site-specific documentation. I also coordinated medicals, training and sites, supported HSE file compilation, handled site arrangement and mobilisation, ensured teams were on time, and managed basic day-to-day office admin like verifying time sheets, toolbox talks, and submitting to payroll.

I also headed the “File maker Development project” for 2 years (2016 to 2018), communicating functional needs, relaying beta-testing issues and connectivity concerns back to developers, and rolling out software to offshore sites for user testing. Today, at EDMA-Services, I compile CCMA case files, draft objections, liaise with the CCMA on case details and set downs, and handle trial notifications, site-manager scheduling, and disciplinaries documentation, including UI-19 documents and employee support through the telegram system.
