At Mantech, I manage federal contracts and subcontracts from cradle to grave, advising leadership on contractual rights, obligations, performance issues, and regulatory compliance.
I negotiate and execute contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, MOUs, and software license agreements. I also support proposals, respond to evaluation notices and requests for clarification, prepare OCI mitigation plans, manage closeouts, and conduct contractual due diligence for corporate acquisitions.
Previously, I led task-order proposals and the IAC MAC IDIQ program at Mantech, building proposal schedules, compliance matrices, review processes, and submission packages. At Acumen Solutions, Artel, and DRS Technical Services, I supported pre- and post-award contracting, subcontracting, proposal management, and IDIQ opportunity management.
I bring CPCM, CFCM, and CF APMP credentials, along with deep working knowledge of the FAR, agency supplements, federal acquisition vehicles, and contract management systems.
