What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Senior Manager, Director, and VP-level roles in contracts, commercial operations, and legal operations.

I consult with federal and commercial executives on contract governance, risk allocation, and partnership and joint venture structures. I negotiate and manage agreements from redline through execution, and review templates and proposals for legal gaps and pricing risk.

At Slalom, Inc., I directed federal contract strategy, governance, and negotiations across enterprise contract vehicles, including GSA Schedule management. I briefed senior leaders on risk, pricing assumptions, and compliance, and trained account executives, attorneys, and practitioners in FAR/DFARS compliance and contract lifecycle management.

At DecisionPoint Corporation, I headed the Contracts Department and built a Unanet intake workflow for NDAs and teaming agreements that gave leadership real-time request visibility. I also shaped proposal strategy and supported GSA Schedule, CMMI, and ISO activities.

At Favor TechConsulting, LLC (now Tria Federal), I built the Contracts Department and managed contract strategy for DoD and VA portfolios, including 11 contract vehicles and more than 100 subcontractor and consultant agreements. Earlier, at the U.S. Department of Defense, I designed hardware-receipt barcoding procedures adopted department-wide across multiple sites.
