What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my claims investigation, fraud detection, evidence analysis, and risk assessment experience in a role where I can make accurate, compliant operational decisions and continue building cybersecurity knowledge.

I've investigated and resolved 40–50 commercial transportation claims weekly at Reserv Inc., assessing liability and financial exposure across a caseload of more than 100 active claims.

At Progressive Insurance Company, I managed 35–50 active investigations while maintaining a 98% quality score. I used LexisNexis and ISO ClaimSearch to verify identities, review claim history, and identify fraud and risk indicators.
