At Sea7 Holdings, I coordinate day-to-day business and e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms. I manage orders, product information, account issues, and escalations, while keeping operational records accurate and following up with customers, suppliers, and partners.
I also support sourcing and product projects from requirements through execution, and assist with market research, pricing, and product development. Previously, at Kotak Securities, I supported customers with account, order, and technical queries and trained new team members on support workflows.
