I led production-line stock, Kaizen, daily management, staffing, scheduling, and build-sequence initiatives, including work that reduced cycle time and streamlined parts retrieval. I also built systems for adaptive operation-card workability, workstation crew planning, and tiered accountability dashboards for Aeronautics leadership.
Earlier, at McKinstry Essention, I supported energy-saving project analysis and completed an energy-efficiency audit for Southwest Airlines headquarters that identified more than $500,000 in estimated savings.
