As Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, I secured capital funding to modernize shop capabilities, delivering over $400,000 in recurring annual cost savings while expanding throughput. I also helped recover supplier-line schedule milestones and cut product defect rates by over 50% during a 100% year-over-year production ramp.
My earlier work includes inspecting X-59 program parts and aircraft, leading an 8-person crew on F-35C modifications, and supporting Navy aircraft maintenance. I bring that flight-line and manufacturing experience to defense operations, alongside Control Account Management and EVMS/CAM certification.
