Led standardization of payment summaries across Urban Company clients, including end-to-end product email communications, providers, and customers via a shared UI library. Managed a team of 10 engineers to launch multi-category checkout and led the Facial Analysis project for automated skin type analysis.

Integrated with a React Native platform and built a library of standard design components and a coachmarks system for app-wide reuse. Managed an engineering team to define partner quality standards and led redesign of the partner performance intervention system using VIPER/MVVM/MVP, including Kotlin Flows and coroutines-based proactive warnings and AWS upload integration.

Improved the UC Partner App by cutting load time by 14% using Exoplayer and building a sideloading platform with a dashboard for release tracking. Worked on responsive/minimalistic UI and Android privacy & network security improvements.

Enhanced the OYO consumer app using Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and standardized the Hotel Detail page design to maintain consistency with the VIPER architecture. Developed features for flexible bookings and a loyalty program, and led app upgrades focused on MVVM/VIPER design patterns and improved architecture.

Contributed to user engagement and growth by refining the onboarding process and implementing an invite system. Helped double the user base to over 5M users through improved onboarding and engagement.

Developed an Eigen-face approach for recognizing specific faces in a dataset using PCA and related techniques. Implemented deep linking for feature navigation (including location conditions) and integrated Uber booking to improve user convenience and conversions.

M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics at IIT Roorkee (2010–2015) with a dissertation in face recognition, using PCA-based eigenfaces (Eigenvectors and Singular Value Decomposition).
