I am seeking a role that values ethical research practices and offers opportunities for professional growth.

I am a dedicated biomedical scientist with over five years of experience in managing international and multicentered health systems strengthening projects. My journey has taken me through various roles in clinical research, where I have honed my skills in research compliance, ethics, and clinical trial management. Currently, I serve as the Clinical Trial Manager overseeing laboratory operations for three HIV trials at the Medical Research Council/Uganda Virus Research Institute and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations, optimize trial design, and lead teams effectively. My experience includes supervising clinical research associates, coordinating training for laboratory staff, and maintaining audit-ready conditions for clinical trial documentation. I am passionate about promoting ethical research practices and have actively contributed to the development of guidelines and training programs for researchers in Uganda.
