I'm an Internal Monitor at Makerere University Walter Reed Project, where I support risk-based monitoring, protocol compliance, participant protection, and timely resolution of monitoring findings across clinical studies.
I've progressed through Data Officer, Senior Data Officer/Data QA/QC, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Officer roles, building hands-on experience in data capture, cleaning, CRF review, audits, quality events, corrective action plans, and staff training.
My work has supported HIV, Ebola, Marburg, COVID-19, and other vaccine and observational studies. I bring a practical focus on GCP, data integrity, site readiness, and research quality improvement.
