I’m looking for a role where I can lead dispatch and transportation operations, improve processes, and keep customers/guests satisfied—using strong coordination, accurate tracking, and clear communication to consistently meet service standards.

I’m a highly driven, analytical dispatch manager with a 15+ year career improving operations through effective leadership, logistics coordination, and dispatching services. I supervise and mentor dispatch teams, monitor incoming service requests across phone/email/online channels, and prioritize work based on urgency, request type, and resource availability to protect guest and customer satisfaction.

From coordinating non-emergency medical transportation as a QRV Coordinator to leading shifts as a Dispatch Supervisor, I’ve built reliable systems for routing trips, maintaining constant provider communication, and keeping accurate records with timestamps, assigned personnel, and completion status.
