I like working with people and want to work myself up to a High Senior Management position. I’m willing to complete any trainee courses needed to deliver the best possible productivity.

I’m an operations manager with deep experience running service stations and leading teams in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. I focus on safety, discipline on the shopfloor, and reliable daily execution across operations and retail.

Over my career, I’ve managed forecourts and Fresh Stop shops, handled fuel receiving and fuel orders, and ensured accurate pump and dip readings. I also own stock ordering, housekeeping standards, cash ups, uniforms orders, and training—backed by consistent audits like QPro Audits, Fresh Stop Audits, and Chevron/America and SA audit readiness.

People leadership and relationship management are central to how I work. I’ve handled HR relations, employee rosters, and coaching, while using systems such as HES, ATG System, Namos, Symphonix System, Sigma System, and Master Fuel System monitoring to keep operations controlled and measurable.

Before moving fully into fuels retail operations, I built a long track record in security and investigations support, including CCTV assessment and investigations liaison. I’m also equipped with PSIRA Grade B, Health & Safety qualifications (SHE Representative, Risk Assessment, Incident/Investigation, SHEQ Management), and First Aid Level 1, and I’m willing to take any trainee courses needed to support my path into high senior management.
