I am a passionate and dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with extensive experience in managing and implementing M&E systems for various projects. My journey began with the Justice Development and Peace Commission, where I honed my skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting. I have successfully led project teams, ensuring the quality and relevance of monitoring and evaluation designs while supporting performance evaluations and training staff in data collection methods.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to work under pressure and deliver results. My role in the MHPSS Project and the Water for Agriculture Project has equipped me with unique M&E approaches, allowing me to excel in both quantitative and qualitative data collection.
