At Cigna, I deploy Cisco networks and lead the design, analysis, development, and implementation of infrastructure solutions for complex business needs.
At the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, I managed network operations across data centers and courthouse locations. I led network automation projects with Netmiko, Paramiko, and Ansible, and configured and deployed switches, routers, and access points across the state.
I also developed internal tools for the Judicial Branch: a website that helps support staff clear switch-port err-disables and track connected hosts, and an inventory tracking system that replaced a paper workflow.
Earlier, I worked across network operations, IT support, and security, including vulnerability assessments and incident investigations. I also published The Moon Rises with Light and host the podcast You Are Not Alone.
