I'm available for local, remote, regional, and international roles where I can lead donor-funded finance operations, strengthen controls and compliance, improve reporting systems, and build capable finance and HR teams.

I've led finance, HR, and operations for Internews Network's $95M+ donor portfolio across eight South Sudan field offices, managing 800+ monthly transactions, payroll for 150+ staff, cash management, sub-awards, and donor compliance. My work helped sustain clean, unqualified external audits for seven consecutive years.

I've also helped build and roll out Unit4 Agresso globally with World Agroforestry Centre, including the AP module, training materials, and regional training across Africa and Southeast Asia. I bring 20+ years of NGO, research, and donor-funded finance leadership spanning budgeting, forecasting, controls, audits, and practical reporting systems.
