At Hyro AI, I lead enterprise implementations and serve as the technical point of contact across Product, Engineering, and client teams. I’ve owned four first-time customer rollouts for new product features, partnering with Product and Engineering on implementation, testing, and launch readiness.
At Narvar, I led technical implementations for enterprise clients including Crocs, Nike, and Sephora. I was selected as the Subject Matter Expert for Narvar Secure and became the first Customer Engineer to implement the solution, creating implementation playbooks and best practices.
At parcelLab, I led client integrations and advised customers on API, webhook, and SFTP connections. I also created custom logic for email campaigns.
At Bluecore, I resolved product issues by reviewing integration code, monitoring event data, and querying databases with SQL. I’m now focused on applied and conversational AI, including engineering LLM behavior in production and diagnosing issues from raw logs.
