I've led product design at Envirosuite, where I designed OMNIS, a unified environmental monitoring platform combining overlapping product sets after the EMS Brüel & Kjær acquisition.

As Envirosuite's first design hire in a 200-person engineering company, I grew into a Product Design Lead role, shaping strategy and roadmaps with product, engineering and sales while coaching six designers. I also continued as an individual contributor on the aviation platform.

Previously, I designed and shipped ANOMS for aviation noise and environmental monitoring, and helped Australia Post replace 16 parcel-lodgement systems with a new business-customer product.

Across work for the Bureau of Meteorology, Payapps, Precedence Healthcare and agency clients, I've combined user research, usability testing, design systems and product strategy to make complex services clearer and more useful. More recently, I've used AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and development.
