Jamela Bijoux

I’m an Engineering Technician with hands-on experience building, testing, and validating hydraulic pumps while strengthening manufacturing testing and quality systems. I read and interpret blueprints and schematics, assemble custom pumps, and test up to 3,900 PSI to verify flow, functionality, and performance accuracy.

I bring a strong quality and troubleshooting mindset—identifying performance issues, completing corrective repairs to reduce downtime, and working with engineering to improve processes. I also train new team members on pump assembly and safety procedures, and I’ve supported team onboarding and compliance-driven workflow as a Volunteer Screening Lead.

Beyond manufacturing, I’ve built credibility in accuracy-focused operations and documentation: calibration and verification of loan files, researching and correcting discrepancies, processing payment plan updates and lien releases, and maintaining compliant records in the Black Knight system. Whether on the production floor or behind the scenes, I’m consistent about documentation, defect tracking, and continuous improvement.
