What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my quality engineering, business analysis, manual testing, documentation, and client-training experience to improve processes, support teams, and deliver clear outcomes for customers.

At Eagle Creek, I work across quality engineering and business analysis, meeting with clients to define needs, documenting manual testing processes, building standardized test-case templates, and troubleshooting issues across multiple environments.
