I’ve worked in regulated, high-stakes environments where undefined product behavior creates significant implementation risk at scale. My approach emphasizes requirements ambiguity reduction, exception-handling flows, and failure-state clarity—especially when systems intersect with non-deterministic AI behavior.

Most recently, I compressed design-to-development handoff by translating ambiguous product requirements into logic-validated, build-ready specifications. I reduced engineering revision cycles from three to four rounds down to one by defining failure states, edge cases, and component behavior upfront, and I architected fallback states to prevent unverified LLM data from breaking downstream enterprise workflows.

Before that, I led core banking UX work at TD Bank, designing high-availability user journeys (99.9% uptime) for millions of users while maintaining zero post-launch compliance violations. Earlier, at OneSpring, I helped modernize a 15-year-old AS/400 ERP system into a responsive web application, restructuring hundreds of screens into scalable interfaces and enabling faster delivery through a reusable component library.
