What I'm looking for
I’m a Principal User Experience Designer leading enterprise digital priorities at Fidelity Investments, where I partner across business units to unify fragmented internal systems and deliver cohesive, end-to-end client experiences. I drive cross-functional initiatives—defining and launching features with product and engineering, and upgrading legacy experiences—so users can confidently take action on their account security and profile needs.
Before Fidelity, I scaled design and research practices at MassMutual and led advisor-facing UX at State Street, including new design system efforts, a unified visualization library, and accessibility-focused work. Earlier, at Forrester Research and Pearson, I focused on data visualization and creating print and digital experiences for educational resources—strengthening my ability to turn research into clear, compelling interfaces for real users.

Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Led Enterprise Digital Priorities design initiatives to unify internal systems and create cohesive, end-to-end client experiences. Created mobile account security and profile management experiences, redesigned Money Transfer Lock for improved protection, and drove discovery for related parties and contacts using AI-assisted prototyping in Figma.
Delivered data-driven UX from research to visual design, including an advisor/broker portal that replaced manual workflows with an intuitive, scalable experience. Partnered with squads to scale design and research processes, defined personalization UX direction, and improved client website navigation through usability-focused feature design.
Advanced organization-wide design system efforts by creating a unified data visualization library and a new color palette for accessibility. Partnered with product owners to design and build a centralized dashboard, and onboarded and mentored offshore design teams through ongoing check-ins and design reviews.
Led advisor-facing user experience work and supported internal product teams with requirement definition and intuitive experience design. Contributed to accessibility and digital product ethics efforts, including work to reduce the digital divide.
Designed interactive data insights experiences by extracting key data points and creating visualizations that told a clear, user-focused story. Collaborated with analysts on visualization best practices, onboarding, and training new design hires while mentoring team members.
Created data visualizations for the Data Insights team, focusing on users and clear presentation of key information. Worked with analysts to develop guidelines and training materials that improved how insights were displayed.
Created print and digital educational experiences for K–12 literature and math, including research, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile apps. Partnered with marketing and editorial teams to review manuscripts and develop book covers, layouts, and visual collateral.
