On the ops side, I establish and manage Design Systems to ensure consistency and accelerate development cycles. I collaborate closely with BAs, POs, and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility, improve navigation and onboarding (boosted product traffic by 110%), and reduce conversion bottlenecks (increased revenue by 30%).
